Innovations for a sustainable future of the textile industry

The EU has accepted Ethereal d.o.o. for a “Commercialization of Innovations” project titled “ETHEREAL: Innovating Production Technology for a Textile Revolution (NPOO.C1.1.2.R2-I5.01.0227)”. The entire project value is €1,108,013.21, with the beneficiary receiving non-refundable funding of €603,644.38. The project focuses on innovations for the textile industry’s long-term sustainability, including a system with zero environmental pollution and limitless creative possibilities. This is accomplished through the combination of cutting-edge technology and unique software solutions.

Part of the project needs to be self-financed, which is the goal of this campaign: to raise the necessary funds to complete the initiated project. We invite you to invest in and support the development of a dream textile factory where everything is possible. The traditional textile industry is one of the largest polluters; our finishing and digital printing machines for fabric bales have 0% environmental pollution and significantly reduce waste accumulation. With our innovative software constructor, we provide our clients with an accessible tool for simple, fast, and boundless fashion creation. The machine can tailor clothes to measure, reducing costs and time and speeding up financial turnover. Imagine that everyone, even people with physical deformities, can come to a shop, choose what they want, customize the product, and fulfill their wishes at an affordable price. No one should be excluded. Our project ensures accessibility for all while also being safe for the users’ health and the environment.

Company background

Ethereal d.o.o. is a company founded at the end of 2016, specializing in the production of high-quality textile products for babies and children. Our goal is to turn the world of little ones into a true fairy tale using soft, quality fabrics and beautiful designs. Along with regular business operations, we are particularly interested in research, development, and the application of innovations to transform the textile industry into a sustainable, creative, and profitable sector. From the beginning, we have been recognized in the market as different, perhaps primarily due to the specific colorful and playful designs that stand out in a sea of uniform, pastel products. We also stand out in terms of quality; our products are safe for the skin and the environment, durable, and can be handed down, which is an essential aspect of environmental protection.

1. Textile production with zero environmental pollution contributes to reducing pollution and restoring planet Earth for the benefit of the entire world.
2. High-quality textile products reduce the accumulation of textile waste typical of fast fashion, where products are massively bought and thrown away.
3. Innovations and scientific approaches can increase the company’s competitiveness and the number of employees in a pleasant and healthy working environment where happy people create the most beautiful products.
4. Healthy textile products are safe for our skin and contain no harmful substances. There are increasing skin diseases, especially in children; it’s time to question why. We wear fabrics, inhale them (microparticles of polyester fibers), and live with them. In our case, they mean health for people and the environment. In most cases, the situation is quite different.
5. Designer and beautiful textile products, with the positive influence of colors and attractive motifs, affect optimism and good feelings. A world without colors, diversity, and beauty, created through imagination and creativity, would be sad. Our products are like the sun, smiling at the world.
6. Sewing products for neglected groups, such as children (and adults) with special needs and physical deformities.

4. Web platform investment:
   • Advanced computer solution for design customization
   • Total: €15,000.00
5. Marketing Investment:
   • Total: €10,000.00
6. Other minor costs:
   • Total: €5,000.00

Meet our team

Silvija Celjak, team leader, proactive, ambitious, persistent, versatile, creative, and altruistic. She possesses expertise in textile technology, construction, design, art, project management, and team management, consistently striving to expand her knowledge and skills.

Barbara Celjak, PR, is persistent, creative, and diligent; she creates digital content, marketing, projects, and company promotion.

Ana Celjak, economist and IT specialist, is hardworking, persistent, handles sales, sends emails, makes calls, and performs promotional activities focused on individuals (unlike Barbara, who focuses on groups of people).

Juraj Lovrenčić, senior software developer: AI expert, above-average digital skills, and knowledge in computer programming, energy, and quantum physics.

Darko Videk, a junior developer and graphic designer, possesses a diverse range of technical expertise in computers and machinery.

Vlasta Sinković is a fashion and textile designer who is organized, creative, and systematic.

Dragutin Šoštarić, economist: accounting and project/business administration, business strategy development, extremely capable in logistics and planning, systematic and precise. He is responsible for monitoring the legal frameworks of business ventures and regulations to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Other important team members are: Božica Grabušić, cutting room manager; Vlatka Pilski, sewing room manager; Valentina Šanjug, store manager; and Anđelko Koprivnjak, machine operator and repairer.
